Locally staffed under the direction of Special Education School Improvement Specialist Paula Mroz, RSE-TASC is part of a statewide network that provides resources, information, consultation, coaching and staff development related to the education of students with disabilities.

The HFM BOCES RSE-TASC SESIS works with districts in the three-county region designated by NYSED's Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID) as needing assistance or improvement in one or more areas of the State Performance Plan Indicators.
