SLS Library Survey for 2023-24

Dear Colleagues – It has been our privilege to serve with you this year. Kindly take a few minutes to provide us with your feedback on our services. Information provided will help with planning for future services, workshops and professional development. Section 90.18 of the NY Commissioner of Education Regulations requires that the SLS do an annual evaluation.
