The New York State Education Department and HFM BOCES no longer process fingerprint applications, requiring prospective school district employees to schedule for fingerprinting at www.IdentoGO.com.

Once logged on to IdentoGO.com, scroll down to “Let’s get started” where you will be able to select a location and make an appointment for fingerprinting.
Follow all instructions and make payment as necessary. The total fingerprint fee is $99.
New York State law requires applicants for certification and prospective employees of school districts, charter schools and BOCES to undergo a fingerprint supported criminal history background check conducted by the New York State Education Department’s Office of School Personnel Review and Accountability (OSPRA).
